Triangular Geometric Paper Bead Necklace
A long necklace made with paper beads measuring 28 inches in length.
Each bead is individually hand formed into an organic, 3-sided pyramid shape, and peach in color.
The process of making the beads includes adding a water-resistant retention agent and archival booking glue to the paper pulp, and a clear coat designed for jewelry to the entire necklace once it is complete. Excessive moisture should be avoided, but there are multiple layers of material that allow for normal wear. The pulp used for the beads is the same archival, high quality material I use for my handmade paper stationery.
This is a lightweight and stylish necklace you won't find any where else. No one will suspect the beads are made from paper, and is always a great conversation starter when you wear it!
